This illustration was created inspired by the event #TheGoodCoast that has happened on this saturday 9th of november 2019 at Justins Park - Gold Coast - Australia.
" The Good Coast is a video festival highlighting people, places and projects that contribute to Gold Coast culture in progressive and positive ways. Think less rubbish, healthier systems and greater community participation."
The festival's electric power was all generated by bicycles that the public cycled. Especially the movie screen, so my idea was to portray this eco-friendly detail about the event - intentionally - as the films would be projects about the evironment. So I created a man with an Australian stereotype, riding a bicycle attached to a vintage camera, in a boat on the Gold Coast Sea with a paraglider - which is very common to see people doing on the beaches.
